Juniors meet on Friday evenings at Kinross Church Centre from 7 p.m. till 8:45 p.m. The Junior Section, led by Mr Alasdair McDonald operates from September until mid-May and is open to boys and girls in primaries 4, 5 & 6. The Junior Section also has access to Kinross High School games hall on Friday evenings during term time.

The Junior section participates in a variety of Battalion events and competitions including badminton, 5-a-side football, mini-volleyball, figure marching, swimming and athletics.

The popular annual junior camp takes place over the first weekend in May utilising an activity centre facility with dormitory accommodation.

The Junior award scheme is part of the national brigade system which deals with life-skills and interests which can be continued in the Company section.
