Anchors meet on Friday evenings at Kinross Church Centre from 6 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. The Anchor Section, led by Mrs Maureen Campbell operates from September until mid-May and is open to boys and girls in primaries 1, 2 & 3.

The Anchor activities are based on fun arts, crafts, stories and physical games. They have a simple national award structure which deals with encouraging personal responsibility and team-work.
